Courthouse_Tallinn
This summer a new courthouse of Tallinn was completed only a stone's throw from the Kymdata OY Tallinn office. The new courthouse, the construction work of which started in November 2016 was special because it was the first construction project that the relevant as-built model, corresponding to the information requirements of the Riigi Kinnisvara AS (State Real Estate Ltd) and intended for administration of the building had to be handed over to the customer upon delivery of the building.

Elemental Skansten
The office complex Elemental Skanste in Riga achieved the best BREEAM building title throughout the Baltic States thanks to the competence of the developer, Kapitel Group at setting the terms of reference of the project and an active role in the design process. In addition to adhering to the BREEAM standards, the design process also followed the BIM requirements of MERKO, the biggest construction company in the Baltic States.
